This dataset includes 1–5 minutes of iEEG data from 25 patients, totaling 76 minutes across 857 channels, with 852 expert-annotated interictal epileptiform discharges (IEDs). Data are organized per patient and follow BIDS naming, with accompanying metadata, electrode locations (18 patients), and sleep scoring (15 patients). Annotations were performed independently by two expert neurologists following established clinical guidelines.
